Where You Purchased Matters
If you subscribed through an app (rather than on a website), you must cancel directly through your device’s app store — not through our website.
👉 Examples of in-app purchases:
- Subscriptions made via the App Store (iOS devices)
- Subscriptions made via Google Play (Android devices)
- Amazon Appstore (Fire devices)
- Roku Channel Store (Roku devices)
⚠️ Important:
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription! You must cancel it through the App Store.
How to Cancel on an iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
⚡ Tip: If you don’t see your subscription, make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

How to Cancel on an Android Device (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Select Payments & subscriptions >Subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

How to Cancel on an Amazon Fire Device (Amazon Appstore)
- Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions on the Amazon website.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select End Subscription.
📢 Important: Subscriptions through Amazon must be canceled from your Amazon account — not through the app.

How to Cancel on Roku (Roku Channel Store)
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Highlight the app or channel for the subscription.
- Press the Star (*) button to open options.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
⚠️ Warning: Canceling on Roku must be done directly from your device or your Roku account online.

Yes! Your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google Play directly. You will need to contact their support teams for assistance with a refund.
